Every dress produced in the atelier follows a well structured process that ensures the bride is kept informed all through the production process.

 

1.) CONSULTATION

 

The process begins with a consultation. This is a meeting between the client and design team. This is where ideas are shared in details, through pictures, sketches and detailed explanations. The design team takes these ideas and converts them into a simple sketch in order to ensure the client's visions are captured perfectly.

 

In the occasion that the bride doesn't have a clear idea of her dream dress, the design team uses its professional expertise to guide the bride into deciding what she wants.

 

This process can be in person or virtually (emails, WhatsApp or video call)

 

2.) ADMIN WORK

 

Having concluded all designs and details, the admin/pre-production work begins.

 

i) A 3D sketch of your couture dress will be made and sent to you within 5 working days from when payment is received. This sketch gives a vivid representation of what your dress will be at the end. Sketch can be edited twice by the client without any charges. Additional edits or outright change of the sketch will be charged to the client.

 

ii) Once the sketch is approved by the client, a design details document is sent  which outlines the intricate detailing of your couture dress. This email will also contain pictorial visuals, fabrics selected and all other customization elements of your dress.

 

iii.) Measurements can be done in person or virtually. For virtual clients, a measurements guide is sent with visual representations to guide the client. A video call will also be scheduled with the creative director during the measurements process.

 

3. ) PRODUCTION

 

Please allow at least 4 months before your wedding for the production of your couture dress.

 

Express orders are accepted based on availability of the production team and a rush fee will be charged. 

 

Clients will be sent pictures and videos of the process

 

4.) FITTING/DELIVERY

 

Upon completion of your dress, you'll be contacted by the production team. For brides that can't come to the atelier, a video of your finished dress will be sent to you before it is packaged and shipped.
